Last Wednesday, the vibrant atmosphere of Illinois State University was alive with excitement as the annual Festival ISU took place. This traditional event helps to connect students with registered student organizations as they explore ways to get involved on campus.
On day 2 of the Festival, ISU hosted local nonprofit organizations as part of the Civic Engagement Fair. Students got the opportunity to connect to more than 20 organizations including Crossroads as they learn about volunteer opportunities in their new home. Crossroads volunteers were thrilled to be on site sharing more about fair trade and building connections with students, faculty and staff.
