At Crossroads, our volunteers are the heartbeat of everything we do. Without their dedication, we couldn't open our doors, serve our community, or support artisans and farmers around the world.

We ask volunteers to commit to at least two four-hour shifts per month. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. Retail experience is welcome but not required — all new volunteers complete training before their first shift.
