Here are party options for your group to consider:

Private- This is a great option for larger groups. Pick a day or evening for your organization (see available options below) to host a holiday shopping party at Crossroads. During private parties, the store is closed and only members of your organization will be able to shop during that time. You are welcome to bring refreshments and Crossroads will provide fair trade coffee. 

 

Private parties may be scheduled after regular hours for a truly private shopping experience or during regular hours, however only the sales of your members or invited guests will count toward the 15% rebate.
 

Group - Ideal for smaller groups. On two select dates during regular business hours, as shoppers identify their organization to the cashier at checkout, each purchase will be credited to their group and fifteen percent of pre-tax dollars will be awarded. Crossroads will provide refreshments.
